Chadwick: The Chadwick Apartment Complex is a 90 unit community of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment units. Amenities include detached garages, a club house, and swimming pool. Construction will be complete late fall 2015.
Gottsch: Private residence. Interior work.
Springhill Ridge: In 2012 Carlson Kennedy was hired to take over construction of the Springhill Ridge Apartment complex. During the course of the year we finished the 4,000sf clubhouse and completed the last 24 plex building that was under construction. In the winter of 2012 we were hired to start the final phase of construction which includes building 4 additional buildings (114 units total) and 4 additional detached garage structures.
148 Dodge: The new building will be a 14,000sf modern office work environment with open collaboration areas and team offices. The work environment allows the NP Dodge Real Estate team to utilize the latest technology throughout the space. The design incorporates modern building materials designed to accommodate energy efficient heating and ventilation along with energy efficient electrical equipment and lighting.
Briar Hill: The project consists of erecting the building shell for a condo investment client. The building totaled 10,300sf and consisted of 6 individual tenant bays. In addition to the shell we are currently under contract to finish out 2 of the tenant bays.
CubbyHQ: Cubby Corporate Office is a 7,000sf tenant improvement that includes open office space, individual offices, break room, and conference room.
Camp Legacy: Legacy Primary School partnered with Carlson Kennedy to start a day camp for 1st through 5th graders. The camp includes numerous activities such as a pool, archery range, and zip line. Our contract included the entire site development, soccer field, pool house and a storm shelter that will become the school gymnasium when the school is relocated to the site in 2 years. The project is located at 168th and Ida Street.
204 Dodge: The new residential real estate office for NP Dodge is located at 204th and Dodge Street in Elkhorn, NE. The building will relocate it residential agents from their current location at 168th and Pacific Street. The project includes real estate office conference areas and a large open community/work area. The building is equipped with the latest in WI-FI technology and is built to accommodate the very mobile real estate agent.
First Savings Bank: The new 5,956sf bank building is located at 84th and Interstate 80. The project includes a complete demolition of the existing structure and the building the new bank.
