About
CK Construction

We are a team of dedicated professionals, ready to do what ever it takes to make your business grow.

Every project’s success is dependent upon developing and implementing an accurate plan based on real information. Our development, construction, and operation experience make us much more than just a General Contractor. From over 40 years of construction experience in our senior leadership team alone, our experience enables us to provide valuable input to our clients throughout the entire project cycle so our Clients can anticipate and plan for the vision of their new facilities.

The process is so much more than building the buildings. So in addition to providing traditional general construction services we also provide additional services to ensure our clients receive the best product and experience possible.

Examples include:

  • Development partnership
  • Site selection and feasibility reviews
  • Design/Build
  • Coordination of preconstruction activities
  • Assistance with investment analysis
  • Expedited preconstruction budgeting*

*(based on vendor verified costing and project conditions)

And so much more that only a professional team like CK Construction can bring to the project. Contact us at (402) 895-1515 and let us bring your dream into reality.

Our
Process

Our ability to integrate into project teams very early in the project cycle allows us to maximize the project’s success. The back bone of every construction project includes a basic team consisting of the Owner, Designer, and the Contractor. The strength of the team depends on the equal involvement. Even though the level of involvement may vary throughout the project, keeping the equilibrium provides the greatest probability for the project to succeed.
